Questions before you write
How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Friday, China time. An enquiry that arrives over a weekend or a Chinese public holiday is answered on the next working day. Every enquiry is answered by a person in the sales and export team.
Do you work with international customers?
Yes. We export from Hangzhou and ship worldwide; our correspondence, quotations and shipping documents are in English. Tell us the destination port or city and we quote on that basis.
Can I get a quotation?
Yes — send the product line, collection, quantity and project location. Stock items carry no minimum order quantity, so a trial order is possible; custom designs start at 1000 m². If you prefer a structured form, use the quotation page.
Do you offer custom development?
Yes. We weave our own designs and can develop colours, widths and exclusive patterns from 1000 m². Roll widths start at 200 cm (±1%); wider and exceptional widths can be considered on request.
